Our Shepherds Hut, Southdown, named after a breed of local Kent sheep, is one of our two bespoke Shepherds Huts. Southdown is afforded privacy in the meadows by hedging and wildflower screening.  From the front door and seating area guests can enjoy beautiful views across the meadows.

Southdown has been lovingly built from scratch to our own specification. At one end is a wood panelled nook, containing a super comfy full sized double bed with USB plugs above the bed. Then a bespoke handmade kitchen with hob, microwave oven and fridge/freezer along with breakfast bar, and finally at the other end an en-suite shower room stocked with luxury 100% natural and sustainable bath products by Bramley, with full sized shower and proper flushing toilet. Each hut now has a and smart TV – just log in to your favourite streaming service and relax!

Outside Romney is a private seating area with a table and chairs, comfy chairs and firepit, which comes complete with grill making it a very effective BBQ.
